What's cool about this new revival, although it's still in its newborn state, is that it's led by a guy with tattoo's that is one part old-time revivalist miracle worker, one part motorcycle warrior, one part hippie ex slacker.

And it's not about him, because this guy is bringing everyone into the mix: heck, he called Paul Cain on his treo, and is flying him over to Florida-- Cain, a super-anointed man once outcasted by the elder elite for struggling with secret sin, now brought back into the fold by a guy who knows about weakness. Then after Paul Cain was off the phone Todd goes into worldwide prayer for Jim Goll, who has been battling cancer for a few years.

I think it's true what they are saying about this revival, that it is spreading like a virus-- maybe cos the leader of the revival has got a generous heart and isn't keeping any of it for himself.

I hope it stays that way, and grows and grows and grows.

British and American reactions to Glory

Here's a great example of the difference between the Brits and the American style. I'm an American, but I live in London, so this is something I am dealing with on a daily basis.

So, there's a revival happening in Lakeland, Florida. Lots of people are getting healed. The worldwide charismatic church waking up for the first time in like 10 years. People traveling there from all over the earth.

Guys, come on- you've probably just seen terminal cancer healed, deafness and blindness cured, and all you can say is it's a valid move of God? Commmmmeeee oooonnnn guys, get excited, do some woops or jump around-- no?

I guess I have to learn what the Rev. Jeremiah Wright says about people groups different from your own: THEY ARE JUST DIFFERENT, not deficient. Not better or worse, its just the way we are built.
