what a mess - why is it when england gets 3 inches of snow, rain or more than 20 mph of wind, it goes into melt (excuse pun...) down?
Silverjet were fantastic that day though - not leaving me high and dry and even got me back to my car at luton. i just received a letter from the ceo offering me a free flight. i didn't think airlines were respojsbile for delays caused by weather. anyway i got home and find a burst pipe from the freeze and it took 7 hours to get a plumber our who charged me 250 quid! what a 24 hours! I love great britain...
